Project Proposals & Payments

All projects begin with a detailed proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost. Work begins upon approval of the proposal and receipt of the initial deposit as specified in the agreement. Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in each individual proposal.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom design work and development created specifically for your project becomes your property. Third-party tools, plugins, and stock assets remain subject to their respective licences.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing content, images, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines. Clients are also responsible for maintaining their website hosting and domain renewals after project completion.

Limitation of Liability

Northern Web Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
